ST AUDEON'S PARK, DUBLIN

The band returned to one of our favourite venues in May, St Audeon's Park beside Dublin's Christchurch Cathedral , part of Culture Date with Dublin 8.

We were welcomed by a great audience who sat on the grass and the steps as we performed some Brass, Classical, Pop and Movie music, including Georgia on My Mind,  A Whole New World from Aladdin and Don McLean's American Pie.

We look forward to returning to this venue later in the summer. Further details will be announced here as well as on the band's Facebook page.

2023

KILLESTER, DUBLIN 8

We visited Middle Third Housing Estate, near KIllester Dart Station, to mark the Centenary of this housing estate built for Irish WW1 ex-servicemen.

We performed pieces from our Summer repertoire, including Queen's Greatest Hits and The Great Escape.

FARMLEIGH HOUSE, PHOENIX PARK

An annual fixture, we returned to the gardens of Farmleigh House in July 2023, overlooking the majestic house and fountain.

The weather wasn't great, but the audience sat under the leafy trees and listened to us playing some of our favourite Summer pieces, including Rhinestone Cowboy, Adele's Someone Like You and, as it's an Irish summer, Raindrops Keep Falling On My Head.

ST. STEPHEN'S GREEN

A firm favourite of musicians and audiences, the band regularly plays on the bandstand of St. Stephen's Green in heart of Dublin City.

Audiences take a break from shopping or bring a picnic on a Saturday afternoon to sit on the grass and listen to some great music.

MOUNTJOY SQUARE

As part of one of Dublin City Council's annual summer parties, the band has performed in Mountjoy Square the last few summers..

Audiences listen to the band playing as they browse the clothes and food stalls and take a walk around the park.

ST. ENDA'S PARK, RATHFARNHAM

In the courtyard of one of Dublin's popular parks, the band performed on Sunday afternoons during the summer,

With a shop for tea, sandwiches and ice-cream, it was another lovely place to spend a Sunday afternoon listening to some Brass!

Another summer park party, this one at a cemetery!

The band has performed in the park outside the cemetery gates, beside the Gravediggers pub, and of course with with an ice-cream van nearby.
